The learning experience continues after the session.
Participants will receive a 1.5-hour follow-up session, either in small groups or individually, focused on discussion and clarification. They will also submit a short concept note based on a call of their choice and receive a confidential written evaluation with concrete improvement recommendations.

With more than 25 years of experience in Research and Innovation, Odysseas Spyroglou has worked across more than six countries and managed over 100 projects with a total budget exceeding €110 million.
He has delivered more than 300 training programmes on EU funding, innovation, and Generative AI, while supporting more than 30 organisations as a mentor and coach.
He holds an engineering degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and postgraduate degrees in ICT from the University of Leicester and Finance from the London School of Economics.
