The platform https://eucalls.net/ with all its individual platform (hereinafter “the platform” and/or “the platform”) is the exclusive property of the company with the name ” JOIST SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” and the distinctive title “JOIST S.A.”, headquartered in Valtetsiou & Tripoleos P.C. 41336, Larissa, Greece. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EUcalls Platform (“EUcalls”, “Platform”, “Services”) https://eucalls.net/ operated by JOIST SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (“JOIST S.A.”, “JOIST”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Specifically, the use of this platform constitutes a declaration of your acceptance and consent to the following terms and conditions and constitutes an agreement that you meet the following conditions of use. In the event that you do not agree with the following terms, you should not proceed to visit and use this platform. “Organization” refers to any legal person/entity associated with a User account on the Platform.
“Organization Admin” refers to a User authorized to manage an Organization account, including user access, subscriptions, and billing.
“Member” refers to a User who has been added to an Organization account by an Organization Admin.
“Subscription” refers to a paid access plan for the Platform, whether monthly or annual.
“Trial” refers to a limited-time free access to certain paid features of the Platform, where offered.
EUcalls Platform is not a service of the European Union authorities and has no legal connection with the European Union authorities. EUcalls Platform is a platform created, provided and operated by:

EUcalls is an online platform designed by JOIST S.A. in order to inform and support individuals and organisations interested in European funding opportunities. The Platform enables users to:

JOIST S.A. does not guarantee that platform EUcalls.net and the material contained therein, its other pages and in general the contents of the GUI will be provided continuously without interruption or without errors, nor that any errors and interruptions will be corrected and restored immediately and without delay. JOIST S.A. does not guarantee that platform EUcalls.net or any links to others or the servers used do not contain “viruses” or other files that may cause damage to the user’s files or computer and does not bear any responsibility in the event that this occurs. The user/visitor of the platform EUcalls.net accepts to bear full responsibility for protecting his property, his interests, his computer and his files with technological means of protection of his choice, at his own expense both when using this platform and when using hyperlinks and/or advertisements presented on this platform. EUcalls offers different paid Subscription plans, with features and pricing described on the Platform.
If offered, a Trial provides limited-time access to paid features. Trials may require payment details and may automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the Trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), unless otherwise stated. You authorize JOIST to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
JOIST reserves the right to modify Subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

Users may submit content such as project ideas, profiles, messages, or other materials (“User Content”). Users retain ownership of their User Content but grant JOIST a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content for operating and improving the Platform.
Users are solely responsible for their User Content and ensure they have the necessary rights to post it.
All Platform content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements (excluding User Content) are owned by JOIST or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. JOIST is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.
The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. JOIST makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOIST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
JOIST may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Users may cancel their account and/or Subscription in accordance with the procedures provided on the Platform.
JOIST may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and will apply from the date of posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larissa, Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
