Who wouldn’t like the opportunity to submit as many applications for Erasmus+ 2021 call for proposals as possible? Unfortunately, this can rarely happen, as submitting a proposal is a tedious process for all organizations involved in EU funding.
The first Erasmus+ application deadline for 2021 was set for 11 May. With literally hundreds of open Erasmus+ 2021 call for proposals and a limited time frame for applications, many were left disappointed.
If you also happen to fall into this category, you are in luck as, for a limited time, you can have access to more opportunities for Erasmus+ proposals and access to EU funding. Let’s find out why and how.
The round 2 Erasmus+ 2021 deadline
It has become common practice for Erasmus+ call for proposals to become available in two waves. For 2021, as you must already know, the first wave or round 1 was due 11 May. This was a long-overdue first wave for all organizations involved in EU funding and especially for those interested in Erasmus+ projects after unexpected delays for their publication.
Right now, round 2 for Erasmus+ 2021 call for proposals is open. The round 2 Erasmus+ 2021 deadline for KA1 projects is open until 5 October (12h CET).
Specifically, this deadline is effective for the below project types:
- Mobility of young people (KA152-YOU)
- Mobility of youth workers (KA153-YOU)
- Youth participation activities (KA154-YOU)
- Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education (KA122-ADU)
At the same time, the round 2 deadlines for all the following KA2 projects are until 3 November 2021 (12h CET).
- Small-scale partnerships in adult education (KA210-ADU)
- Small-scale partnerships in school education (KA210-SCH)
- Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training (KA210-VET)
- Small-scale partnerships in youth (KA210-YOU)
- Cooperation partnerships in youth (KA220-YOU)
Additionally, the Erasmus+ Accreditations in the field of Youth (KA150) are open until 31 December 2021 (12h CET).
Nevertheless, if you are interested in Erasmus+ 2021, call for proposals for ESC51, KA122 and KA220 types of projects; you shouldn’t get too excited yet. You should first consult your National Agency (NA) or check the round 2 list of National Agencies, as not all NAs organize a second round with available applications for Calls 2021.
