The Association Awards

The Association Awards, organized by the Association of Associations Executives, raises the profile of associations, their executives and projects, and gives them the recognition for their effort and success.

Entrants for projects in the Association Awards are selected for the Association Success Story Programme, where the AAE facilitates the dissemination of in-depth case studies to enable association executives to learn from other's experiences to achieve the best results from their projects and developments.

All nominations are judged by a prestigious judging panel of influential association leaders and specialists, as well as experts, all focused on the continuous improvement of associations.

Lifelong Learning Awards (LLLAWARDS)

In 2016, the Lifelong Learning Platform launched the Lifelong Learning Awards to celebrate creative and inclusive practices. The Lifelong Learning Award aims to give visibility to innovative practices taking place all over Europe to attract public attention on lifelong learning as well as to inspire new practices and policies. The Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP) will select each year its annual specific priority that can be linked to the European year if the theme is relevant.

StartUp Europe Awards

StartUp Europe Awards (SEUA) is an initiative of the European Commission and Finnova Foundation, supported by the President of the European Parliament, the President of the Committee of the Regions, the Vice-President of the Economic and Social Committee and several members from the European Parliament. SEUA is supported by the StartUp Europe Accelerator of the Finnova Foundation.

StartUp Europe Awards presents a prize methodology for startups at local, regional, national and European level that fosters the open innovation and the collaboration between the different actors of the European ecosystem, through the private-public partnership to support entrepreneurs. Besides, it creates a network of contacts that will inspire and provided visibility to all the local startups so that, by using this network, they can scale their services and products at a global level.

European Network of Innovation for Inclusion

Become a member of the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion. You will have the opportunity to participate in the annual call for good practices at the European level and have the opportunity to emerge a winner in one of the categories of the award. The two finalists of each category will be invited with the other entities to:

  • Attend the European event where the awards ceremony will take place.
  • Participate in the study visit to the finalist entity of the corresponding category.
  • Be part of the working group for the design of projects of the corresponding category.

The network also allows you to publish your organization’s activities and projects related to employment and entrepreneurship in the network’s platform.

Horizon Impact Award

This award is the European Commission's initiative to recognize and celebrate outstanding projects that have used their results to provide value for society.

These projects must have been funded by FP7 and/ or Horizon 2020 funding programmes and they must be closed by the time of application. The award aims to show the wider socio-economic benefits of EU investment in research and innovation.

The award enables individuals or teams to showcase their best practices and achievements. This will encourage other beneficiaries to use and manage their results in the best way possible.

It aims to create role models and inspire beneficiaries of research and innovation funding to maximize the impact of their research.

They can do this by directly exploiting results or by playing an active role ensuring stakeholders effectively use the results.
