Over the course of several years, the Eucalls platform has seen many changes. We started with a small database of partners and calls, and worked our way up to what we are today. We changed a lot. We worked hard to add new features and better support to help you on your path to success towards becoming a reliable and valuable EU partner.

What is the Onboarding Update?
Onboarding is the name of the latest update of EUcalls. Based on the data we collected we identified all potential improvements that will make the browsing of the platform easier and more efficient for new and old users.
Here are some of the most basic improvements we made:
8 Easy Steps to the Complete EUcalls Experience
We understand that your time is both limited and valuable. We worked hard to help you save as much time as possible when asking for your data. With Onboarding, you can now take 8 simple steps and gain the most out of the platform
You start by answering 3 simple questions about your organization and your profile is ready. You then move on viewing your matching calls and partners that could be your future collaborators.
Finally, you get to create your ideas with Idea Pad, invite partners to see them and of course take a look at ideas created by others.
User Level on the Dashboard and How it Works Pages
As a user, you now have the opportunity to know exactly where you stand in EUcalls. Based on the data you provide us, we have now created a new leveling system. That system will now help you complete your profile until you reach the 100% completion goal.
Completing your profile and "leveling up" in EUcalls will allow you to find more calls and partners that match your expertise and participate in more consortia.
Premium Visual Feedback Redesign
The EUcalls team believes that there is always room for improvement. Therefore and based on your feedback, we have once again made small changes and redesigned certain parts of our platform. These small changes will make the time you spend in EUcalls more pleasurable.
DMs are now Free for Everyone
Networking is one of our strongest features and we want to allow everyone to contact more potential partners and become members of more consortia. As a result, now everyone can use the Direct Message feature of EUcalls for free to make communications.
