1. Give us a few information about your organisation?
The National Association for Integration, Development and Assistance of the Needy SH.K.I.ZH is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in October 2010. Solidarity, rightful and active commitment towards the protection of poor families, orphans and children with problems, alleviation of extreme poverty, increasing women's status and their integration into society through work.
2. What inspired you to create your organisation?
Albania has transformed from one of the poorest countries in Europe, and creating a small opportunity for them is like u have done everything. Also the women in small cities like Kukes have to integrate more into society. These are things that I'm inspired by the most.
3. What is your field of expertise?
The organisation is working to open new programs for groups and individuals
The in-service training program,
- Handicraft and handicraft talents program.
- Clothes wearing program, food for children in extreme poverty.
- Program for the preservation and acquisition of Albanian culture through handicrafts (loom).
- Youth integration program, etc.
4. What is your organisation's impact on society?
A healthy and equitable society for all children, adults and families.
5. What are some of your most important collaborations on EU Projects?
We haven't done collaborations yet, but we hope we will soon get one.
6. What is something your organisation achieved that you are proud of?
We are proud of because we are pure in our work, and all we have done goes in favour of poor people making them happy.

We would like to work with projects for empowering and supporting women economically and preservation of Cultural
8. What is it that you are looking for from an EU partner?
We are looking for a donation. Your donation is significant for SHKIZH & Art.Zan.Al is implementing because the fund will empower, provide economic support, socialise women and preserve cultural heritage through handicrafts.

We made a research on the internet, and we found EUcalls platform.
10. Why did you choose the EUcalls platform to assist you with your work?
We chose the EUcalls platform because we can network with other organisations.
11. Is there something else you wish to add regarding your organisation?
SHKIZH did innovative research to identify the addressed problem to create value in a society that lives with less than a dollar a day, help the environment, change people's lives, and promote gender equality. Art.Zan.Al was launched as a social enterprise in 2019, according to the order Nr. 709 date 22.08.2019 by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection that the National Association for Integration and Development of Layers in Need (SHKIZH) is recognised the statute "Social Enterprise".
The social enterprise aims to make social change in the community and link social innovation with business. Social innovation generates ideas understanding better the needs of more impoverished communities. This social enterprise's establishment creates new innovative opportunities in employment 30-50 young women and girls and reviving and further developing the tradition of preserving cultural heritage through the loom.
