What inspired you to create your organization?
We started our organization, aiming at creating tools that serve and transform society. We wanted to research and develop new algorithms, take part in Innovation in the Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Health, Architecture, Education and Industry sectors. We wanted to use all the latest design techniques to improve usability and accessibility for different capacities, get a methodology to emerge the design and programming processes and develop quality software to obtain CCMI-5 certifications.
What is your field of expertise?
The development of augmented reality / virtual reality software in the Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Health, Architecture, Education and Industry sectors. The Use of machine learning and Deep Learning techniques for modeling tools used in solving problems in social and scientific development. The use of artificial intelligence to create a chat bot and related tools in decision making and tree structures.
What is your organization’s impact on society?
We work on the development of tools that help different sectors of the Society (health, education, architecture ...) to improve diagnoses and preventively deal with situations that can become serious problems for people.
What are some of your most important collaborations?
The development and creation of a medical application, for 3D monitors, aimed at the graduation of sight, in children aged 6 to 15 years through video games. The development and creation of a multi-user virtual reality application for the new job of air traffic controllers. The contract was signed by ENAIRE; air navigation manager in Spain and Western Sahara. The development and creation of the application in augmented reality / virtual reality "Navigare Necess Est", hired by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Government of Spain, in collaboration with the National Museums of Science and Technology (MUNCYT) and Decorative Arts (MUNAD). Developing; the medical application, for 3D monitors and virtual reality, VR-CARDIO will help cardiologists detect and improve the prognosis of cardiac arrhythmia.
What is something your organization achieved that you are proud of?
Undoubtedly, the VR-CARDIO application with which we have obtained public aid amounting to € 630,000 from the public entity, CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development). VR-CARDIO treats arrhythmias, which are a very frequent cardiac pathology whose treatment is often difficult and consumes a large number of monetary resources and health personnel.
Many of them can be removed by catheters, but for this, it is necessary to know exactly how they are produced and in what area of the heart they are. VR-CARDIO is a system that allows you to visualize for the first time in a three-dimensional way the trip of the electrical impulse through the different areas of the heart, and with this, it allows to better understand the mechanism of the arrhythmia and the critical areas that must be addressed for its treatment. Its design also offers the possibility of obtaining virtual images of the heart from the information provided by the electrocardiogram, allowing in some cases to optimize or even avoid invasive procedures (catheterizations).
What kinds of projects do you want to work on?
All those in which we move as the center of the heart of our business. Projects that help us grow as a company, but at the same time allow our coworkers to grow as professionals, but also and more importantly as people. We have set up a team that strives to improve day-to-day interaction between people who live with us and around us.
What is it that you are looking for, from an EU partner?
Support, learning, knowledge, work in multidisciplinary teams, financial capacity, innovative and disruptive projects, internationalization.
How did you get to know the EUcalls platform?
Browsing on the internet and through the pages of the European Union, looking for how to internationalize.
Why did you choose the EUcalls platform to assist you with your work?
