1. Could you please provide some information about your organization?
Over Holding Srl with its trademark Over the Reality (OVER), Over Holding Srl is building the first open metaverse in augmented reality AR, allowing users to create unique geolocated experiences, mixing augmented and virtual reality to unite the physical and digital worlds.
OVER allows users and developers to own real estate in the AR metaverse, map local areas with Map2Earn, our second trademark, and explore Web3 like never before.
OVER is setting the standard for a decentralized AR ecosystem in the Web3 where you can interact with photorealistic AI Artificial Intelligence avatars and hyper-realistic NFT Non-Fungible Token assets, which can be transmitted between metaverses, thanks to cross-platform interoperability.
2. What inspired you to establish your organization?
Our vision is to create a digital layer over the physical world, merging the physical and virtual worlds with geolocalized AR. OVER uses state-of-the-art computer vision to obtain precise geo-localization both indoors and outdoors. Over the Reality, leverages community-driven mapping technology (Map2Earn) to create 3D Maps of the physical world.
3. Could you share your field of expertise with us?
Our field of expertise is Augmented Reality, Mobile App development, computer vision, geo-localization, Natural language processing with LLMs, and Blockchain dApps development.
4. How does your organization impact society?
OVER is a Web3-enabled Augmented Reality platform. Thanks to the NFT digital ownership paradigm, OVER empowers creators to publish, own and monetize geolocalized Augmented Reality experiences. Moreover, thanks to our Map2Earn system, we create social inclusion by enabling a crowd of mappers to scan the physical world with simple smartphones, own the created maps as NFTs, and monetize by selling those to Over the OVER itself or to other users of the platform that want their locations mapped.
5. Can you tell us about any significant collaborations on EU projects you've been involved in?
Over Holding Srl has no direct experience in EU Projects, but its co-founders and some of the key people have had the opportunity to participate in the past in some projects, particularly under Horizon 2020
6. What accomplishment of your organization are you most proud of?
In 2 years since the launch, we generated 1 Mln+ registered users, 750k downloads of our App, and over 17k AR experiences uploaded by 3.5k+ creators. In the last two months since the crowdsourced mapping system (Map2Earn) launch, we generated 6k+ 3D maps of the physical world, with over 3k square Km mapped.
7. What types of projects are you interested in pursuing?
We would like to work on projects involving geo-spatial data, tourism, AI Avatars, and assistants.
8. What kind of assistance are you seeking from potential EU partners?
To have the opportunity to integrate our technical skills into a large multidisciplinary project. We expect to have the opportunity to progressively reach the experience to manage an EU Project in turn.

We consider it easy to manage and rich in operational information.
