The Intranet Platform

Among the many European programmes implemented every single year, Interreg MED is one that appeals to a lot of organizations across Europe. From the calls of the programme all the way to the funding amount, Interreg gains more and more popularity.

In an effort to make things easier for the Interreg applicants and general public, the programme has introduced the Intranet, also known as “private exchange area”, a web platform that is available to all users.

Intranet is a tool specifically aimed at supporting the exchange between different programme levels as well as supporting the collaboration between Horizontal projects, transversal groups at Programme level and the exchange among partners that are part of the same project or even the same community.

At the same time, Intranet is also available to those that are just commonly interested in participating in public discussions in the workplace or simply want to follow them.

Intranet is basically separated into three different tools:

  1. The Workspaces which are forums that give access to partner search, assistance during calls for proposals, project forums and more
  2. The Profile with all the personal details that one might want to make public
  3. The Internal Deliverable Library, a place where one can find all the latest deliverables and outcomes that derive from projects under the Interreg MED umbrella.

Gaining access to the platform is both easy and free. All one has to do is go to the Interreg MED official website and find the platform. There you can find the ACCOUNT button and click on it to create your account.

Filling out all the information in the registration form is important for the effective completion of the process. Note that you need to declare if you are a partner of an Interreg MED project or not. Your subscription will then be subjected for approval and once validated your will receive your confirmation email and log in.

The WordSpace

In the Workspace tool, you will have the opportunity to add an manage all your projects. You can have access to all the discussions that your partners are having for the project. At the same time, with the “Join Other Workspaces” button you can request access to other workspaces and participate in more conversations.

Your Profile

Make sure that you will always update your profile with all the latest information to stay relevant!

The internal Delivarable Library

As the name stated, the Internat Deliverable Library is a place where project partners can access deliverables that were shared with the partnership. They can also have access to material shared with the thematic community and the whole Interreg MED Programme community in general.
